While President Bush contemplates a preemptive strike on Iraq, and Americans' 401Ks evaporate, the nation can sleep easier knowing that a bong maker is heading for prison for breaking paraphernalia laws. Chris Hill, 30, was sentenced on August 16th to a 14- month stint at the minimum security prison camp at Elin Air Force Base in Florida.
