Getting to Sweetwater Cottage

From the Seattle area:

Whidbey Island is less than one hour from Seattle, including the ferry ride. The ferry leaves Mukilteo to Whidbey every half hour and Sweetwater is less than five minutes from the Clinton ferry landing.

From Seattle take I-5 North to exit 189. Then travel Highway 525 to the Mukilteo ferry terminal and take a 20 minute ferry ride to Clinton, the southernmost community on Whidbey Island. Leave the ferry and continue for approximately three miles on the highway. Turn left on Cultus Bay Road. Drive about 1/4 mile and turn left into Sweetwater Farm.

From the Olympic or Kitsap peninsulas:

Take a thirty minute ferry ride from Port Townsend to Keystone. Take a right off the ferry and follow the road to Highway 525. Take a right on Highway 525 and continue south approximately 19 miles to the second traffic light. Turn right on Cultus Bay Road. Drive about 1/4 mile and turn left into Sweetwater Farm.

From Vancouver and Bellingham:

Take I-5 south to Exit 230, Highway 20 west at Burlington. Follow Highway 20 west about 11 miles where the highway will turn left. There are signs for Whidbey Island. Follow Highway 20 across Deception Pass and south down the island. Highway 20 will join with highway 525 about 6 miles south of Coupeville. Continue south to the second traffic light south of Coupeville. Turn right on Cultus Bay Road. Drive about 1/4 mile and turn left into Sweetwater Farm.
