I don't know if I mentioned that I am now a proud owner of a Treadmill?!? Well, I am, and this is so I can maintain exercise, walking at least, no matter the landscape or weather. Gordy and I have been pretty good about using it. This is goodness. Last night I even "jogged" a bit, and it's kewl, but I will try to stay with the low impact aerobic walking. Anywho, I decided today to look for that formula for the target heart rate, as I know I'm over it and prolly getting into an aneroebic state -- so I found a very neat website that does the calculating for you. There is also another calculation that determinees a range for your target heart rate which I outlined below: 220 minus times 60% = Lower range of your Target Heart Rate
220 minus times 80% = Upper range of your Target Heart Rate
